Purpose – Add Weight Plate Holders as an accessory for the 2.35” x 2.35” upright poles on the Pro Series Power Cage. Our Weight Plate Holders hold 2” Olympic style weight plates and will add stability to your Pro Series rack. Easy to attach and detach.
Usage – Find the correct height you want to use the Weight Plate Holders during weight training sessions. Simply slide through the upright poles and turn down so it stays in place.

Purpose – Our J-Hooks are designed with a nylon resin pad to provide protection to your bars. These J-Hooks are compatible with our Pro Series Power Cage, Squat Stand and Wall Mounted Rack that feature 1” mounting holes (Uprights 2.35” x 2.35”). Exercise safely and hold your barbell without worry.
Usage – We recommend inserting your J hooks at shoulder height so you can keep correct posture when setting the barbell down after completing exercises. Do not drop your equipment. Guide your barbell on the hooks to avoid potential injury and damage.
